How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID (and, when available, your Google Play account). To cancel, go to your device account settings, find your RENTxR subscription, and turn off auto-renew.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can request deletion of your RENTxR account and associated data by emailing support@fennariovaults.com from the email address associated with your account. We will guide you through verification and complete the request, subject to any legal obligations we have to retain certain records.
